Do you sell to the public?
No. We supply professional haircare products on a wholesale basis to licensed salon professionals only. To purchase L'ANZA or REGROW products as a consumer, please visit one of our authorised salon stockists.
How do I open a trade account?
Contact us by phone on 010 157 0760, email hello@blumebrands.co, or speak to your area sales representative. We will request basic business registration and salon licensing details to set up your account.
Which brands do you distribute?
We are the South African distributor for L'ANZA (USA) and REGROW (Australia).
How long does delivery take?
1–3 working days in Gauteng, 3–5 working days to other major centres, and 5–7 working days to outlying areas, from order confirmation. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order quantity, but orders below R2,000 (VAT incl.) incur a R140 delivery fee. Orders of R2,000 and above receive free standard delivery.
How often does my sales rep visit?
Our area sales representatives visit each customer on a five-week cycle. You can place orders between visits by phone or email.
How can I pay?
By EFT, instant EFT, or card payment. Account customers are invoiced on their approved credit terms. See our Terms & Conditions for payment details.
What happens if my order is short or damaged?
Notify your sales rep within five working days of delivery and send a photograph of any damaged stock. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for full details.
Do you offer training or support?
Yes. Our brands offer education programmes for salon professionals. We run in-salon product training before your first order ships. Contact your sales rep for current schedules.
